Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Go to Lists>Accounting>Items Click Customize View on the bottom right. Under the available filters tab add TYPE and COMPONENT OF and check to make sure they display in footer. Click save Now you should be back in your list of items. Click the component of drop box in the footer and select the product you want. Click the…

Not to mention if you grant them access to modify roles...

We use an invoice to "reserve" products for customers. We put the stock aside until it is ready to be shipped so inventory is correct. Not sure if that would help you?
-
Not sure if that field is searchable, but custom fields seem to be. You could always create a custom field and do a csv export/import to populate them.
-
What about a custom search? You can show whatever results you want on the results tab. You could also add a filter "Contact" so it only shows one contact at a time. CTRL+P is always a good way of printing what you see...

Unfortunately NS takes the values of the master record when merging same fields. I think this should be the exception. Give the values a weighting. Confirmed-out = 4, soft-out = 3, soft-in = 2 and confirmed-in = 1. Lowest number for that particular field takes the prize! Put in the Enhancement Request and I'll vote for it!

enhancement number 164225

Directly from the field help: You can use the Global Search field to find a NetSuite record instantly. Just enter keywords that match all or part of a name or number in the record, and click Go. When the suggestion box appears, click directly on a record name to open it in view mode, or click the Edit link to open it in…

You could collate the data into a csv and perform a csv import and update Global Subscription Status. Beats one-by-one anyway...
-
Chrome is faster than IE8 FF3 and Safari on PC for me - another great feature of Chrome is those annoyingly small data entry fields on some records (like store description fields in inventory items) you can click and drag the bottom right corner to resize. Only draw back is the pop-up blocker does exactly that - it blocks…
-
hmmm... I see... what if you imported them as new customers and then merged them as duplicates based on email address field? If you make the newer records master then they should take the status of soft-opt-out (for now anyway, we have an enhancement request that when merging records it takes the better of the subscription…

Ahh right! Haven't been banned yet... touch wood! I'll take the watch.

Yeah if you go to our checkout you'll see our shipping methods are pretty messy. It relies on a customer picking the appropriate option and our staff have to be vigilant when processing orders. Fortunately 90% of our orders ship free so it's not a huge deal but it would be great if NS could auto calculate shipping on an…

Ok... maybe the point was missed... Anyone know how to make them appear in RANDOM order?
-
We use a non-inventory item called "Shipping Charge"
-
Kit items - set up a kit that contains 4 units of said light bulb.

I would suggest bracketing the 3 references to Campaign Response and then adding OR Campaign Response: is empty completely untested so apologies if that's wrong.
-
We do this by adding a watermark image to the background of the email sent. Just use the command <BODY background="http://your.image.location.goes.here"> at the start of your email template

I can bill sales orders today - thanks!
-
I just discovered another frustration... Highlighting text and either pressing CTRL+C or right clicking and choosing "Copy" doesn't let me grab that text and drop it anywhere else... Not a NS issue I know, but a frustration all the same. EDIT: Sorry... I can cut and paste... just not into Dreamweaver... gotta paste it into…

My only issue thus far is the "save and print" functionality on transaction forms. As it currently lies, Chrome's pop-up blocking options are either to notify of a pop-up being blocked, or not to notify. It took me a few seconds to realise that you can access the blocked pop-up by double clicking on a thin little strip…
-
When you tab through the tax amount on transactions it crashes... It also crashes EVERY tab you have open so beware!
-
And suddenly I cannot bill sales orders... I can fulfill, but not bill. No data loads into the cash sale other than the customer. Working in IE and FF - just thought you might like to know in case someone was fiddling with the back-end... Pity, coz I have to go back to a slow browser now!

Uploading files into file cabinet hangs. The files do upload, but the systems hangs. Nav out and back in again to see the file.
-
Isn't Create New: Email at the top of your screen? Under the word "Contact"

Hi Ernie Instead of attatching them would providing a link work for you? Add the pdf's to your file cabinet and provide the links in the appropriate template. Maybe...

Time Allocation... 80% in NetSuite 10% mac email program 9% FullTilt Poker 1% ...I'd rather not say Ha ha ha - nice!

Have you looked in the audit trail?

Same here... Currently, I have our webstore open and use that search function, find the product name then punch it into NS.
