When I source from "ship to/phone", it puts our customer's phone on the drop-ship PO and on our SO, but the value for the phone number is blank on the SO. When I source from "Entity/phone", it puts our vendor's phone to our drop-ship POs and it adds our customer's phone on the SOs. Neither solution is what we want. Tom

Sounds like you need to enter an address on each of your location records. I go to "list -> Accounting -> Locations" and I check the locations and they do have addresses. What do you mean by "enter an address on each of your location records"? Tom

We set the shipping preference in v2007 to use the order number as our 1st reference number (at setup > accounting > shipping) and yet it still doesn't put any reference numbers on the "fulfillment package records" or on the UPS labels. What could cause that? Is the feature working? -Tom

We use multiple locations turned on AND we ship products from multiple locations. I have also notice the shipping seems a bit higher than it should be on those orders? How does NS determine the "extra shipping cost" for each additional location? Does it charge multiple "handling fees"? -Tom

We are still having fulfillment errors at 3:24 cst. If you do a audit of our activity, look at the "federalfulfillment" user. Whenever they (our fulfillment company) attempts to mark anything shipped, they get the error "an unexpected error has occured...". So, they can't mark anything shipped today. Tom
