I agree that the shipping cost is pulling from Fulfillment, but my issue is that sometimes it shows the shipping cost on the invoice and sometimes it does not transfer over. I think it is related to cross subsidiary function that is enabled.

We do not calculate based on item weight. We fill the box and then weigh. Is this a recent change? It works for some orders but not all. I think it is related to a configuration with shipping within a subsidiary. Can we turn off weight per item?

How is the shipping calculated on the sales order when the packages are not added until IF- Fulfillment? Before we turned on Cross Subsidiary, we calculated shipping on the IF and it transferred over to the invoice.

We have are using "Cross Subsidiary Fulfillment" The customer is tied to Subsidiary of Company A and the Sales Order shows header location set to Company B. At the line level on the Sales Order the Inventory Location and Subsidiary are set to Company B.

There are no restrictions. I tried using the same role as the user and I had no issue dropping the file. When the user does the drop the box shows green, but no file appears. I could check to see if the file shows up in the file cabinet even though it is not visible in Communication Files. Could it be a browser issue at…

From EE Center Role, we have the drag drop in the upper right. All my other users with this role type do not have an issue. Other roles do not have any issue. This is isolated to just this user.

Is there a way to get the Sales Order or Invoice number to appear on the label?

This is a copy of our FedEx label. The REF- data is pulling our PO field in NetSuite. However, the label also shows a field for PO and Dept and I am looking to see what field in NetSuite can hold the input of data for it to display on this label.

There is a PO and Dept heading on the FedEx label. What fields from Net Suite is this labeling pulling from? I can get the data to print into Ref 1. I know would like to print info into one of the other 2 fields mentioned above.

Does anyone have input on this topic?

I performed the step below and the folder saves, I can see the File Drag and Drop box is linked to the new folder, but when you close and return to the screen and attempt to drop a file, the message appears again stating no Target Folder defined.

Thank you for the input. However, this did not fix my issue. I tried from a different browser and the same thing occurred. I can assign the folder, it shows assigned, but when you close, and return am message stating the Target Folder is not defined and the box does not turn green when you attempt to drop a file.

I do not believe this addressed my question. I am assigning a task to another admin user, and they are not getting the email, but the task does show up on their dashboard. Instead, I am getting the email.

This is my predefined list under Setup>Accounting>Shipping>Packages Attempt to remove 100.A Error message.

I found the problem. It was related to posting period field not engaged for both users.

Both roles show the same preferred view.

Thanks for the input. This user only has one role and one account access.

Correct. The user has multiple tabs open yet when they click the link from the Alert Email, they are prompted to login in again. Role this is happening to is Accountant. I don't have the issue as an Admin or any of my other roles.

I am logged into NetSuite when I click the link from the email and sometimes I have multiple tabs open when I click the email and I don't get a sign in page. For this user I have noticed when she opens new tabs it also asks for login. Any reason for this other than trying clear cache?
