Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Filter Description Formula Stage is Customer Formula (Numeric) is 0 regexp_instr({entityid},^[A-Z][A-Z][A-Z][A-Z]?[0-9][0-9][0-9]?$) Formula (Numeric) is 0 regexp_instr({entityid},^[A-Z][A-Z][A-Z][A-Z]?[0-9][0-9][0-9]? : [A-Z][A-Z][A-Z][A-Z]?[0-9][0-9][0-9]?$) Result: Your formula has…

Evan, Are you using the formula as a Search Criteria in a Customer search?
-
I still get the same error message.
-
I do now. :) But I'm still getting the same error message.
-
This narrows my search to 1110 records. I forgot about Subcustomers. Can and how do I account for CDCC01 : CDCC10 in the formula? These records should be filtered from the results.
-
I don't know if this helps but I had a similar request last year. I have yet to try this - I have never used the "Summary" tab on a Search. Here is a link to the post: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=5275
-
Jeff, You are truly a gem and you have made my week! Thank you so much for sticking through this with me. :D The reason for the error was I selected "Group" instead of "Maximum" at the Summary Type drop down.
-
Hi Jeff, Could I get messages displayed on this search by using the same formulas just source the appropriate message fields in the formula? -"Still Hopeful"- :o
-
I guess I understand the application logic but from a management stand point why would a Sales Manager need to see that Bob made 20 phone calls, 15 emails, and 5 meetings while he was working for our company? S.M. doesn't care what a sales rep (who is no longer with the company) did/didn't do with his time. IMHO a Sales…

Sorry Jeff...I tried editing my post before you replied - I'm not fast enough! I did see your response to my second thread. I tried your suggestions and I still get the ERROR: Field Not Found. https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users...6996#post46996

Funny you asked...I am having trouble. :p I saw your response to my second thread. I tried your suggestion and I still get the ERROR: Field Not Found. https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?p=46996#post46996

11-5 is the last date an activity was "completed." 11-6 is the very last date an activity is "scheduled." Now that I think of it, this is fine as is. This is ideal because the last activity is defined as the last activity completed. Thank you! I can't even begin to tell you how many hairs I pulled out trying to accomplish…
-
Alright, can you hit me with the formula you used? I'll give it my best. :p
-
I hope we are not the only ones with an issue with this...when our Sales Manager runs activity, pipeline, opportunity reports, would it not make sense that she only see her active employees? If I understand correctly, there is no way to globally specify on the Sales Manager role only show her active employees? Basically,…
-
Hopefully someone from NetSuite can confirm. I hate to be the one to tell our Sales Manager she has to customize each report just to exclude employees no longer with our company.
-
When I use the formula there are no results on the search. Here are the result columns I have displayed: Expected Close Number Customer : Company Name Title Sales Rep Projected Total Sales Cycle Status (Custom) Activity : Last Modified Last Activity Date Activity : Type Activity Type Formula (Text) Maximum…
-
This is the closest it's ever been but it may still require tweaking. I'm not sure why but the date on this last event indicates 11-5 when it should be 11-6. Maybe something to do with the activity status Confirmed versus Completed? (I don't know how to attach a screen shot without a url. Sorry :( ) Expected Close Number…

Hi Jeff - We are missing emails on the search. How can I include when/if an email was sent?
-
Jeff - I'm sorry, I'm not sure I follow. Can you provide specific steps to adding a "primary key filter"?
-
This is the report I used but I can't figure out which filter to use to display only activities associated to the opportunity record?
-
Jeff - Thank you again. :) That's it... Now, can you tell me if it's possible to ONLY show the most recent date an activity was performed/completed on the opportunity?
-
Case # 625590, the issue is still awaiting approval. Custom Snapshot Name / Custom Report Name / Standard Report Name / Result: 1. Closed Cases by Case Type / Closed Cases by Case Type / Closed Case Analysis Summary / "No Data to Graph" but results display in a list. 2. Closed Case Type TOT / Closed Case Turnaround Time by…
-
We have the same frustration! I'm wondering if you could accomplish it by creating a new report and then post the report to the appropriate audience?
-
I had the same problem in our account. When this happened in our account, there was already an existing Custom Report Snapshot with that name. I had to go into my Dashboard>Customize This Page>Report Snapshots>Custom and delete the existing Custom Report Snapshot.
-
Sorry I just finally got back in to the User Group. No I never did get this figured out.
-
Additional Information...We are trying to accomplish the following: I need to create a summary report that shows on an average how many activities (phone calls, tasks, events, & messages) are necessary to close a customer by campaign. Basically we are trying to find out which campaigns have been the most successful for us…
-
Evan - Was this included in any of the recent version roll outs? 2007.0 or the maintenance version? If so, please indicate how I can review sales cycle time by customer
-
FYI - Support has no clue when NetSuite clients are queued for the new version. All the reps I've spoken with can only guesstimate 8-10 weeks.
-
These may be bad examples. Most likely they were created through CSV import.
-
Won't we be altering the date closed data for all records by using this formula (to add 2 hours)? We are in central time. I don't follow the correlation and why we have a time zone issue...
