How to escalate an service request to higher level in NetSuite Customer Support.
We had raised an issue with netsuite after this new release 2015.2 regarding an issue with the timesheet record, to allow 0 hr. Earlier it used to work but after the release, because of some update this is not allowed now. We raised the ticket on 24 aug and till today the customer support person is unable to resolve the issue. Moreover , after every couple of days there seems to be query from customer support regarding the same. We would like to escalate this issue as it is affecting the revenue forecasting process of the company and also the
