NSC | Saved Search > Customers with Multiple Addresses

edited Jan 31, 2023 10:08PM in Accounting / ERP

To create a Saved Search to identify Customers with more than one Address, here are the steps we may take:

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New

2. Select Customer search type.

3. Rename Search Title.

4. Under Criteria tab > Summary subtab > Add:

-- Summary Type = Count

-- Field = Address Fields... > Address Internal ID

-- Description = is greater than 1

5. Under Results tab > Columns subtab > Add:

-- Name | Group

-- Address

-- Address Fields... > Address Internal ID | Count

6. Click Save & Run.

Hope this helps! :)
