Document Search on the Drag & Drop Folder

I have created a Document search on the Drag & Drop Folder and would like to be able to see which User filed the document and/or what record(s) the document is attached to - is there any way of seeing this information?

The issue has arisen because we have discovered a selection of documents with a size of 0KB - in other words they have uploaded as a blank document. We don't know why this is happening, it seems random and we can't tie it down to User Role or browser.

I would like to be alerted if this happens again and be able to inform the User that the D&D failed and they need to try again.
