How to Setup Items Shipping?
I want to know more the company settings = place for the package sizes and weights.
We just put some dummy weights and dimensions into the set up packages – but can’t see where to choose these when packing and shipping a sales order – is it done within the item fulfillment?
When you create packages in this settings area, you then assign them on the item record (Package field).
We know we can put in packages in the settings and update the items with the packages which account for the size and weights which ticks a major piece but can you discuss more about the process flow or the full workflow of these packages?
