Why is the gross amount not updating the debit amount when importing Journal Entry?
When creating a JE, a debit amount would usually be updated when you enter a gross amount amount manually and if there are any computation caused by tax.
This is not happening when I try to import JE's thru CSV file. What could be the reason? I have all the information for the credit and debit lines and my field mappings are correct but still having the unbalanced amount error when importing.
The reason I'm using the gross amount for debit line is that I'm having a rounding off issue which is causing an unbalanced amount error.
