Is it possible to receive items against purchase order using item's Primary Stock Unit?

Is it possible to receive items against purchase order using item's Primary Stock Unit?

Example: Primary Stock Unit: EA and Primary Purchasing Unit: Case/10

We ordered 25 cases (250 units) and we received 247 units of good and 3 units of damaged. Netsuite Item Receipt will only allow users to receive using Case/10 UoM. Is there any setting that will allow users to receive 247 units with Good status and 3 units with Damaged Status?
