Is it possible to post time on intercompany account?
Hello,
There is a transaction record 'Post Time' to post the expenses associated with labour hours. This works fine for regular accounts. However, when I try to post time on an intercompany account, the status is 'failed'. When I click on the status the following error is displayed: "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information."
The account is active and is the only difference with the other account is that the "Eliminate intercompany transactions" checkbox is enabled.
Any suggestions?
