Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Why can't I submit a new Case to NetSuite support?
The original way of creating a case While logged into NetSuite, navigate to Support>Go to SuiteAnswers
Also can't access it directly in Support Cases In SuiteAnswers
takes you to a new page which also just puts you in circles.

Why was this changed? why can't we create new cases with the "NEW" button in the support/case section anymore?
Why is there no easy way create a case to get support from NetSuite?
