NSC | NetSuite's Time Reports
NetSuite offers a variety of Time Reports to suit different needs. Let's simplify the process of choosing the right report for your requirements!
I. Time Entry Exception Report:
- Access: Navigate to Reports > Time & Billables > Time Entry Exceptions
- Purpose: This report is handy for managing employee time entries. It highlights 'missing' time, i.e., when an employee's work calendar shows available time, but no time has been entered.
- Usage: If an employee's work calendar shows 40 hours available in a week, but only 30 hours are entered, this report will flag the missing 10 hours. It's ideal for ensuring complete time records.
- If you are using Weekly Timesheets, these additional fields will appear on your report
