NSC | Permissions Needed for Accessing the 'Short Term Lease Liabilities' Search in Fixed Asset
In any organization, ensuring that employees have the necessary access rights to perform their tasks efficiently is crucial for smooth operations. Recently, a common concern has emerged regarding the accessibility of the 'Short Term Lease Liabilities' search within the Fixed Asset Module for non-administrators. Here's a step-by-step guide to resolving this issue and granting the required access to designated users.
The process begins with an Administrator taking the following steps:
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Edit the custom role
- Go to Permissions tab
- Under Custom Record subtab, add the following (Ensure that the access level for these records is set to 'View' or higher, depending on the required level of access):
