NSC | Why Do Some Item Receipts Have the "Bill" Button While Others Do Not?
Scenario:
A user notices that some Item Receipts have the "Bill" button available, while others do not—even though they are all linked to the same Purchase Order (PO). They want to understand the reason for this difference in behavior.
Solution:
The visibility of the "Bill" button on an Item Receipt depends on whether the receipt has already been billed. Specifically:
If the Item Receipt has already been associated with a Vendor Bill, the "Bill" button will no longer appear, since the transaction has been billed and there is no further billing action required.
If the Item Receipt has not yet been billed
