NSC | Ship Central > Packed Sales Order Not Appearing for Shipping
Scenario:
The user has already packed a Sales Order using Ship Central Pack Station, but when proceeding to the Ship Central Shipping page (mobile), the transaction does not appear in the list of orders ready to be shipped.
Solution:
This issue typically occurs when the Shipping Item used on the Sales Order is not properly configured for use in Ship Central. Specifically, Ship Central requires that the shipping method be associated with a Shipping Partner Rate, not a Flat Rate.
1. Verify Shipping Item Configuration
To make sure the Sales Order appears in Ship Central Shipping:
- Go to Lists > Accounting > Shipping Items
