Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

NSC | Advanced Manufacturing Tablet > Not all components are available to be consumed
Scenario
When attempting to issue a work order through the Advanced Manufacturing Tablet in NetSuite, users may notice that the component list is not available. This issue occurs due to a mismatch between the Routing Step in the Manufacturing Routing and the AM Routing Step in the AM Mfg Workbench Operation.
For example:
- In the Bill of Materials for "Assembly Item", the Manufacturing Routing step is configured as "SPLIT & ASSEMBLE".
- However, in the AM Mfg Workbench Operation, the Operation step is set to "Split & Assemble".
This difference in naming (e.g., capitalization or formatting) causes the system to fail to recognize the steps as identical, resulting in the component list not being displayed on the tablet.
