NSC | Saved Search > Show Invoice and Customer Payment Field
Scenario
User would like to show invoice field and customer payment field in Saved Search. They want to create a Saved Search like the attached sample column.
Solution
This can be achieved by creating a Transaction Saved Search with the following Criteria and Results:
1.Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transaction search type
3. Under Criteria tab > Standard subtab > add:
- Type = Payment
- Applied to Transaction Fields... Type = Invoice
4. Under Results tab > Columns subtab > set:
- Applied To Transaction Fields...
- Document Number
- Date
- Period
5. Provide a Search Title
6. Click Save & Run
