How to resolve NFP managed bundles failing to upgrade in Sandbox for pre-upgrade testing?

Background

  • This issue surfaced while upgrading FAST DEV Sandbox to NS Release 2023.1 for non-production testing before Production is upgraded later
  • While other managed bundles successfully upgraded in DEV, all 5 NFP managed bundles listed below failed in DEV raising the same error below
  • Error
    • “Installation Script Error
    • JS_EXCEPTION
    • The SuiteApp update is blocked. Check your email for details or raise a support case and contact your Account Management Owner (AMO). “
  • NFP bundles impacted
    • NFP Constituent Management
    • NFP Customization
    • NFP Financials
    • NFP Standard Customization
    • NFP Data Migration
