How to Determine which process, script or integration is creating a record entry?
We are getting an extra entry created at the Address Book when some of our customers records are created for the first time. According to the "System Notes", that entry is created from the "REST Web Services" context (as shown in the attached picture) but we haven't able to determine which process, script or integration is creating that entry. This is causing issues to our finance department. Can you please help us to determine which process is creating those extra entries at the Address Book?
