Hello Frank, If there is a Sales Rep associated to the customer, it uses the Sales Rep E-mail on the ‘From’ field of the auto reply message. If there is no Sales Rep associated, it uses the E-mail Address field under Home > Set Preferences. We have existing enhancement request for this – Enhancement 72855. Hope this helps!
