we have been having similar issues and now we cannot log into netsuite. We get Internal Server error message" ????? We have had problems with checkout for the last week or so. Some days it seems normal and then others we get hardly any orders ? Thank you, Anthony Just4teeth Inc.

Our email campaigan is being sent out Friday night that was suppose to be sent early Thrusday morning (basically useless) but I do see emails are being sent have a very high bounce rate. So far 1,652 bounced 85.9074% and the other 3,230 84.5328% over an 80% bounce rate ? Are NetSuite email servers blacklisted ?

"Site down for Maintenance" since the last update on ( I believe it was Friday). We have had several customers state that they have come to our site and they get the message "site down for Maintenance" Our order volume is WAY down since Friday. we also had terrible sales. Plenty of page hits as well as money spent on advertising. Also notice that it would take forever when someone would click on the "proceed to checkout" as well as the "pay by Paypal" buttons. I am guessing may browsers would just time out. Thank you, Anthony Just4teeth

I do not know if this is the same issue. but we cannot bill any orders out today. When we do bulk billing nothing happens. Also when we bring up the sales order and process to cash sale the items are not appearing so all that is being charged is shipping. Thanks Anthony www.just4teeth.com

We have had no emails since yesterday and have tested other accounts. It may be that netsuite has been blocked by Godaddy and perhaps others. We have had the same issue for some time. It has been due to Google Analytics. If you turn tracking off they work. If you turn them on they do not work except for in the checkout process. Getting checkout errors today. 4 so far they have ticket numbers so I guess that Netsuite should be tracking it ? Also had customs email us stating that they could not use their credit card today. Where are the parameters "due on receipt" located in Netsuite? We are set up as cash sales and do not invoice anyone but we do have orders coming through with no CC information. It is a bit concerning since we do not catch them until they have already been shipped out Thank you, Anthony

We are also having the same problem. Orders coming through will no credit card information. We have also had people placing multiple of the same orders because they think they are not going through.
