  • FYI, we have a partner who has built sync utilities for contacts, events, and mail for use with NetSuite on the Mac. http://www.xspansion.com/ I use their stuff. Works great. They are also responsive to email.

  • Both seem to be fixed, thanks. I can now see my cases, and the search in the Fixes/Enhancement requests area does indeed pull up things now. Now if I could more easily "vote" or attach myself to existing cases, that would be a huge leap forward. You guys could then more easily see which items are hot buttons for customers.
