Here i am a week later, and I still cannot edit any item group. Throws an unexpected error. I am very much blocked. Issue 121070: Lists > Website > Items > Search > Edit Any Item Group: System throws an unexpected error. Is no one else having this problem?

We use that button appropriately when a customer asks for another emailed copy of their receipt. In the 2+ years that we have used NS, we haven't had a single accidentally emailed invoice.
