Hi @User_9VVSQ, as a standard behavior of accounting periods, no one can make general ledger impacting changes to posting transactions in a closed period. The period must be reopened before these changes can be posted. Hope this clarifies :)

Hi @User_7NK3Q, I tried creating a saved search with criteria: type = payment then on the results tab I selected Applied to transactions field… = Document Number and here's what I got: As per above, it seems that it is pulling the right document number for the invoice. Hope this helps! :)

Hi @User_C3DOL, per checking, this is the current behavior of the system. The download link is only available for SAF-T / Audit files report and VAT reports (which includes the OSS Vat returns) are just with view possibility. Hope this clarifies your concern. Thank you! :)
