Can you advise on where I can see the record in the 'Approval Rule List'? I can only see the actual rules and not the transactions each individual rule has been applied to.

Update: I've figured out how to make the account manager available to pull into the workflow. My issue was I had set this field as an employee, however, the dunning bundle has the 'Dunning Recipient' field set as an Entity. Is there a condition that checks whether the period included in the Journal is currently open/closed? Thanks,

Yeah, they've since come back identifying a defect: Defect # 680224 Slowness | Timeouts | Unable to Log in > intermittent DNS resolution failures on EXACS in LHR This seems to be the cause of my issues. Thanks,
