Can you advise on where I can see the record in the 'Approval Rule List'? I can only see the actual rules and not the transactions each individual rule has been applied to.

Update: I've figured out how to make the account manager available to pull into the workflow. My issue was I had set this field as an employee, however, the dunning bundle has the 'Dunning Recipient' field set as an Entity. Hi @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle Thanks for the recommendation, however, that would then require me to have to change the workflow each period to change from the now closed period to the newly opened period. Is there a condition that checks whether the period included in the Journal is currently open/closed? Thanks,

Yeah, they've since come back identifying a defect: Defect # 680224 Slowness | Timeouts | Unable to Log in > intermittent DNS resolution failures on EXACS in LHR This seems to be the cause of my issues. Thanks,
