You may need the new permissions for the upgraded fixed asset module. It may be reversing the value of the asset because you don't have the new fam asset values or fam proccess permissions.

I would do a Saved Search to export a list of the Contacts with address information ect., then import them as Customers (Individuals). I would then export a list of those Customers' Internal IDs and fill out a spreadsheet with all the necessary fields to do a Transaction - Sales Order - Import.

I tested this on my end by setting the NUMBER OF ROWS IN LISTED SEGMENTS field to 1000, under Home > Set Preferences > General tab. Currently 1000 is the highest value that this field takes.
