Yes, the whole purpose is to have an expense-by-vendor report. So, I was wondering if there is a way to prevent the source "Name" from populating. Because you credit the expense card with the "name" but debit the department without the "name," it distorts the reports.

Is there a way to set up the Allocation schedule so that the vendor's "Name" is not used in the credit line? (since we cannot set it that those Names will populate on the Debit allocations lines)

A pain in the ass if you have 30-40 vendors you want to split…. :-( But when I tested it for one vendor, it worked:

So, if I want to solve it in your example, I need to build all the relevant vendors I want to allocate under rental expense and mark "use source/Credit account. In this way, it will work?

Hi. Thank you. I was able to prepare a "search"; however, I wanted to make a report. In my original report, I have a calculated "Left Open" column, which I cannot produce in a saved search. That's Great. But since we have Primary currency and secondary currency and J.E are on different dates, of course, then the primary currency would match, but in the secondary books, there would be a rate difference. If the period is closed, what would it do With that difference?
