Use a different browser and see if this replicates. If it does not, then you I'd reach out to your internal IT, if it does replicate using a completely different browser then I would create a NS support case.

Hello unfortunately there is no saved search that will expose that field. This is a limitation I discovered a while back. Grant

Hello @User_YBRFC. Are you running into this issue if you use a different browser? Also have you tried clearing cache/cookies. Grant

Dear @Krunal Patel are you sure the account 'Type' you are trying to merge is actually Accounts Receivable and not just labeled/titled Accounts Receivable? The Merge Action does not appear for me in our Accounts Receivable account but the Merge Action does appear for other Types of accounts. Also, if the Type is indeed…

Vendor bills.

Hi--is 'Store Value' Checked or Unchecked on the custom field?

Hi @Dirk Nieuwkamp There may be another answer but I don't think you can add column totals to the budget set up page. I think the only way you'll see column totals is by actually viewing the budget income statement (Reports-->Banking/Budgeting-->Budget Income Statement).

Hi There, To determine which estimates have not been invoiced, at the very least you will want to add a filter of Applying Transaction is any of - None -. But, you should probably add additional filter criteria such as status (for example you'd want to filter out any Closed Lost Estimates). I don't know how you all use…
-
Hi If you're "looking for a simple search, that shows the Quote & Amount along with a column showing the invoice number and amount", do the following: Create a saved search based on Transactions. Type = Estimate (or Quote), Main Line = True, Applying Transaction Fields...Type = Invoice, add other filtering criteria as…

Hi there, How is the value of the custom field populated? It looks like the value is truncated in the report and that truncation does not look random--it's like an ID of some sort. Without knowing more about your issue, it's really hard to say but I get the strong sense that what you're seeing in the report is a result of…

Hi there, I can't tell from the thread if your question was answered but here's my two cents. How about creating a custom transaction type of Debit Memo? SuiteAnswers Id: 41625 can take you through the steps of creating a custom transaction type. If you follow the steps outlined in Id: 41625 the Debit Memo transaction type…

Hi Lina, Without viewing the actual sales order and revenue arrangement, it's hard to give a precise reason but I suspect the reason why the system is still generating rev rec JEs is due to the rev rec end date(s). Even though you've closed the sales order, if there is still unrecognized revenue on the plan AND the rev rec…

HI there, I know I'm a little late to the thread but if the next bill date is now appearing on the sales order, you can absolutely have it print on the invoice but it will take some work. If I'm following the thread correctly, the next bill date custom field is derived from the results of a summary saved search. Is that…

This is what I would suggest and again, TEST THIS SUGGESTION IN A SANDBOX ACCOUNT FIRST. Step One: Create a custom transaction field. Type = List/Record List/Record = Customer Store Value = Checked Applies to: Sales (any other transactions you deem necessary) Display. Subtab = Main Display Type = Normal or Inline (your…

Hi there, I have thought more about this and I have thought of a way to do this but (1) it will require the use of a custom transaction field (2) will require workflow (SuiteFlow) and (3) will require you to do some upfront work (but you only have to do this once). Also, you should test out my suggestion in a sandbox…

Hi There, By reading your post, I can see that you've done your due diligence. As you know, if you use "Name" the system returns all entity names in the list, irrespective of type (customer, vendor, employee, etc.). This indeed seems like a limitation but I have a suggestion. Suggestion: Use the "Customer: Main…

Hi There, For question 1, I'd click on the Help Button and under the Table of Contents-->SuiteAnalytics-->Saved Search-->Defining a Saved Search-->Defining a Saved Search as a Preferred Search Form. Thanks, Grant

Actually reverse the order of {trandate}-{applytransaction.trandate} and change it to {applytransaction.trandate}- {trandate} so that you don't get negative numbers. Grant

Hi Vernita, You just need a bill vendor search with related payments and a calculation between the bill date and the payment date, correct? If so, create the following saved search based on transactions: Transaction Type = bill Main Line = True Status = Bill Paid in Full Add a date filter or any other filters you might…

Hi, My experience with the workbooks has been I have the best performance when using Firefox. If you're not already using, try Firefox as I think you'll enjoy faster performance. Thanks, Grant

Hi @Kenny Wise, I would recommend looking into Bill.com for building automation into Bill.com but it really depends on your business processes. If you all use POs, you could develop workflows that automatically invoice once the Item Receipt is complete. Thanks, Grant

Hi Jeannie_13902, There are two occasions that I can think of in which the Bill To address does not populate: There is no default Bill To indicated on the customer record Making Copy of an SO that does not have a Bill To. Regards, Grant

Actually, I have one other idea if my earlier idea does not work, try workflow. I don't have time to test this out but it's worth a try. This will only work if you are proficient with workflow and there is only one rev rec start date and one rev rec end date. Here it goes: * Create a saved search based on the credit memos…

Hi there, I was looking at the screenshots again and I realized an important piece is missing from your file--the Line ID. I have never been able to update existing record lines without having the Line ID exposed because if the transaction has multiple lines, how is the system going to know which line to update (especially…

Hi there, I totally get what you're trying to do. The guru's are pretty clever so they may come up with a solution but as I think more about this I can only see a script doing this. I suspect you are already have a temporary, manual solution in place to populate the custom fields but just in case you don't I'd suggest…
-
Hi, I understand your requirement. Sorry I'm not helping you here but I still feel that adding filters to the Criteria will solve this issue. Let's see what the Guru's come up with. Sorry I wasn't more help. Grant

Hi, As long as that Partner name is there, that error will persist. If you only want to show the sum of the Partner, shouldn't Partner be in your filtering Criteria?
-
Hi, I often use summary saved searches to populate custom fields and I usually have good luck in doing so. May I make a suggestion? Remove any fields from the search results that are not needed. In other words, in your example, remove Partner from the results. If you do this, and Store Value on the custom field is false…

Hi Rafael, I'm just another user but I find your question interesting and I'm wondering if I can help. Can I restate your question and let me know if I'm understanding. You have a saved search that provides the following results: * DocumentNumber * RepDate * RepDocNumber You also have two custom fields on your sales…

Hi, I'm curious to see what the answer will be because I have run into the problem you are experiencing and I have never been able to successfully update credit memo lines via the CSV import assistant. I presume you are trying to update for rev rec. As a workaround (because I have been frustrated by this issue) is we do…
