I created a similar order in the UI, and it still does not show any items. The order has items that have plenty of stock, so that can't be the issue, either. I do note that our UPS Ground is showing with a blanket 0 cost and it should be pulling from their rate table. I think it has to do with the Calculate Shipping…

Yes, it is enabled. Everything looks fine, but fulfillment has no items on it.
-
Right. I am aware they are not inherently linked, which is why I had doubts about the filtering. I wanted to give the task all due diligence, though. It is an Item search using joins for filtering.
-
No, this is on the bin record. It is a custom field that I created.
-
That worked! Thank you! We can close this.
-
On the bin record, there is a checkbox indicating the bin can hold multiple items. We call it Mixed Bin. The criteria are EXACTLY like the ones listed in the Suite Answers article in my original post, so please refer to that article for details. The only difference is wanting to reference that checkbox from the bin record…

@Angela Bayliss I get an error when I try to download the bundle in Sandbox.
-
I am finding out. Please keep this open until then.
-
What impact does this have on current transactions and related records? I have had this request come in and am nervous about mass deleting 100's of subrecords.
-
Thank you! Apologies, you may close this one out.
-
I'll let the client know. Thanks for trying, though!
-
I tried Inventory Detail and I can see all the fields, but I get the same result. Toggling that filter causes it to not load any results even if there are results.
-
I don't see Bin fields available on our Inventory Numbers search.
-
I will give it a try and let you know!
-
Yes, filtered by the checkbox yes or no.
-
Sounds great. Thank you.
-
How would we do so with just the item search sans Item Location Configuration?
-
We do not.
-
Thank you for your insights. Sorry I forgot to close this one out.

It's a start, but the conditions are more complex. It could be that there's a ship expense line (freight, ship) and those need to be auto-approved. This is only if there's just the freight line and no other expense lines. However, sometimes there is also a PPV line in addition to the freight/ship line. So in those cases,…

I don't know how to write scripts. I'm an Admin, not a Dev. Additionally, the account in question does not appear for me. We do not use Expense Category on these PO's and Expense Detail does not have Account under it. I am really confused how to access just Account on the Expense lines of a PO.
-
I can't access Expense under the workflow. I only see Item for Sublist.
-
Thank you! I will try this.
-
Ah, I wrote that completely incorrectly. I meant, I can only access Expense Category (which they don't use on PO/VB's) and Expense Detail. How would I look for a specific GL in this case? Basically, what the client wants is to auto-approve any Bill that has a single expense line that references either the freight GL or the…
-
That's the opposite of what the client wants. They want a KPI, but if it's a limitation, I will let them know.
-
You can't sort by chronological order since it's a string. I need chrono sorting.
-
This doesn't allow for sorting in chronological order (ascending or descending) since that returns a string.
-
It looks like there is an initial run when you change those settings, but it took a few hours for things to populate. We can close this.
-
Nice idea!
-
Yes, that is correct. I verified it is the reason for it. We can close it.
