Actually, I just figured this out. The custom segment created a custom transaction line field and once that was removed, this resolved itself.

Thanks for the suggestion here, but the ones I was looking up were indeed customers. I'm currently rerunning the process, but with 160k+ customers its taking awhile. I'm hoping this gets resolved with the second round, but I don't really have high hopes. Jason

Is there any way to remove standard fields and/or fields that were locked via a bundle? Or, alternatively, is there some way to take a set of result fields and apply it as a default for myself or a role?

We found a solution here. We were trying to ship to the Virgin Islands and had the country selected as "Virgin Islands" instead of the country as "United States" and the state as "Virgin Islands"

Ah, got it. Yeah that's definitely the difference then. We are still doing our fulfillment in NetSuite.

Thanks for the input. Can you clarify how you can set the checkbox to False? In my research we can only view the box once the "Bill" button is selected as it does not exist on the sales order. Is this just a mistake with the way our form is set up or something?
