Likewise we have been using them since we started with NS and have had good support from them and very few issues.

sales orders can be in entry order. You have the ability to sort a Pick Sheet Ascending or Descending by Item, desc., etc.. It is under the Columns Tab of the Pick Sheet Form. Pickers use Pick Sheet not Sales Order.

I read the same thing about rel 16.2, but Voided Sales Orders DO NOT cancel or void the captured authorization. Still a manual task, unless I missed something

That works, but it also leaves me on that page. Not sure how to code a close or continue button to redirect back to where the form came from.

seriously Netsuite. I can schedule searches, but not campaigns. what the heck is that about.

so, I just revisited campaigns for the first time in awhile and I still do not see a scheduling mechanism. Just the same old list of one line items at a time to schedule DAILY events. been doing the same campaigns for 6 years, so that is a lot of records and it bogs down the browser session seriously.

Yes, I also have noticed the same issue with windstream.net addresses. I have not had time to find the cause, but we do have over 200 customers using that service. Getting bounces today from support.interland.com

We went through this last year and have added Ozlink for our shipping. Although, when we were using Netsuite Shipping our labels printed with an end of day package on each label. Yes, this is still a not too funny Joke. I am able to get the link to work if I put the label integration check box back on. The checkbox gets unchecked after you print the label, so this is a useless fix.

I opened a case with NS and they told me that the return to previous role bug has been fixed and once we are updated to the new release, the support center will work correctly. They did file a defect for the missing disk space monitor.
