Hello @Rick Baaten, May I ask what would be the value of the Custom Segment Country of Sale? If we are going to source its value from other records, customizing the Custom Segment and utilizing the Source List field would be feasible instead of using Workflows or Scripts. Please do let me know your thoughts.

Hello @Dirk Nieuwkamp, Hope you are doing well. To request or vote for an Enhancement, kindly use SuiteIdeas page. Hoping for…

Hello @PaulFleetwood, I am still testing this on my end to check if we can customize the Email Template and source the Email Signature of the Creator of the Record. As a second option, I think creating a Custom Field with the Email Signature in it would be viable. I will update you again once I have my additional findings.

Hello @Dirk Nieuwkamp, We can try the following Script, since this has been used in general when hiding sublist fields: setDisplayType("hidden"); var x = nlapiGetLineItemField('sublistName', 'columnName'); x.setDisplayType('hidden');

Hello @Dirk Nieuwkamp, I think we can deploy a separate Script file like this one: nlapiSetFieldValue('custpage_2663_entity_file_format',63) then place it to "page Init function" Please let me know if it worked on your end.

Hello @Dirk Nieuwkamp, I have checked this on my end. I can confirm that the field cannot be hidden via Workflow and Basic customization since the Sublist is inside the Financial Sublist. Also, Workflows can only access Item(Sublist). With this, I think we can try using Script to hide this field since Workflows and Basic…

Hello @Strategit_Shunta4, Thanks for letting me know. Hello @Matan Shachaf, I think Workflows is the best approach here. What we can do here is to use a Set Field Value action with a Condition that sets the checkbox based on the condition. In our scenario, the condition would be if the additional Custom Field is equal or less than zero. To do this, kindly follow the steps…

Hello @Dirk Nieuwkamp, I have tested this on my test account and I can confirm that Set Field Value does not work on Payment File Format field. As per checking, the action works on After Record Submit trigger but I think this trigger would not be feasible on your business process. As a workaround, we can use Scripts mainly…
