Did someone request an enhancement to log email alerts on the sales order like Evan suggested? We do not use this alert to email our customers because it isn't logged on their transaction. I tried to vote for this enhancement but could not find it. Thanks, Lyn

This is a problem for us, too. We were upgraded weeks ago and just started having this problem when we use SuiteTalk to enter sales orders. Us too. Our customers are not receiving emails. We often cc and bcc ourselves and we are not receiving those either. We email through the transaction messages tab.
