This is fantastic @"Shamaine Chan-Oracle"
-
@"Camille Cagalingan-Oracle", were you able to come up with any ideas?
-
That's not a report, it's just a saved search. So is it impossible for a report to be built. I have to have it for auditors, so if it is a search I must be download it to excel and auditors penalize us because the "report" can be manipulated since it is not coming from the system in proper format.

Any thoughts, @"Pauline Joy Cac-Oracle" or @"Shamaine Chan-Oracle"
-
YES!!! That is what I was looking for. Thank you. Now I can print them all out (or at least bookmark them).
-
Just checking back in, @"Pauline Joy Cac-Oracle" & @"Shamaine Chan-Oracle"
-
Thanks @"Erick Dela Rosa-Oracle", that makes sense. I don't know why I didn't see if before.
-
I think I can make this happen by limiting the possible Shipping Methods on the Item, but is it possible to add additional Carriers and how does the system connect carriers with shipping items?
-
Any word on above @"Micah Timbol-Oracle", @"Jan Alfred Forbile-Oracle", @"Sajishan Sivakanthan-Oracle"
-
Thanks Micah, I'll add myself to the enhancement and vote it up. I will also see if there is an outside app that I can have run a macro within NS to set this up.
-
Thanks @"Shamaine Chan-Oracle" What I will likely do is add a custom field that I can enter the item commission percentage on non-inventory items for resale. Then hopefully I can build into my report the sale cost * % that we need to pay to the vendor as well as the amount that we keep.
-
Is it possible to update customer records with an external ID for records that don't have external ID's?
-
It is likely a customization from the bundle for Suite Commerce. I don't seem to see it within Custom Records Import
-
@"Magnus Hultgren" is correct with regard to my use case. I am not being billed for a security deposit as we do not do that type of business (where we would cross rent from vendors), but I think the methodology that @"Micah Timbol-Oracle" outlined is sound. We do approximately 400 events each year and all of them require…

I can definitely use Excel to track it, but I think that defeats the purpose of having a fully functional database system for this work. Outside of the affects on the books, it seems that NetSuite does not have a best practices for this issue. I am hoping someone from NetSuite is able to chime in and make a suggestion as…

Thanks, we did get it fixed, I was just wondering if asking the questions in a different way might work. Thanks @"Amir Alinaghian-Oracle"
-
Brilliant, because I actually was using a workflow to initiate the email!!! If it works, I'll mark it.
-
@"Michelle Jabanes-Oracle" this is what I put in my email template, and I am getting an error. Thoughts? ${calendarevent.organizer} has requested your approval of an event... Rooms Requested: ${calendarevent.location} Date: ${calendarevent.startdate} Start Time: ${calendarevent.starttime} End Time: ${calendarevent.endtime}…
-
Thanks @"Michelle Jabanes-Oracle". This is not just for API?
-
@"Chris Bozek" do you think you have a solution to delete superfluous addresses?
-
Thanks @"Herdi Rana-Oracle", this is great to drive how to make the items un-sellable, but is it possible to drive these based on a date when we build the item? So that on May 11 the item isn't sellable (but still visible on web) and on May 12 it is no longer visible or sellable.
-
@"Regine Pineda-Oracle" it appears the SuiteAnswers id: 62910 is no longer accessible. I have a large list of addresses that are blank that are assigned to customers. I would love to be able to delete them completely
-
Thanks @"Pauline Joy Cac-Oracle"
-
That is the area where my subscriptions lie.
-
Thanks @"Shamaine Chan-Oracle" that's a bummer. I'll see if I can create a workflow, but not sure that will be enough on my side.
-
@"Amir Alinaghian-Oracle" this is exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!
-
This may be to long ago, but how does someone edit the version of the Paycheck that the employee can print from the Employee Center
-
I went a bit further than @"Pauline Joy Cac-Oracle" suggested. I followed her directions on how to create the related records, but also set the resources directly on to the event and added a Time-Line for Events:
-
Thank you so much! I followed your steps and it looks to have worked!

I think I may need to hit support up, @"Michelle Jabanes-Oracle". I still don't really get it. Seems like I need to create a resource for every iteration that I could possibly have which is pretty unwieldy. I would think my tables would have been inventory items that I could "check-out" and attach to events. Maybe NetSuite…
