It does hide them in sublists but when I run reports for cycle counts and such they show up there.

Thanks Peter The Last Sale Date and Last Receipt show up but for some reason the difference is not computing. I can easily export to Excel and get the difference though.

Do a quick search in this forum for Multi Location problems and read the first post. I wanted to turn on Multi Location but after reading all the horror stores decided not to.

I removed the "Preferred Bin is Yes" to see if it would include the other bin numbers but, as usual, it goes to the first line and says "here you go" and quits. I was hoping to avoid writing a CASE STATEMENT but will probably have to do that. Thanks for the help.

So if the golden rule on bin management is don't use them what do you use? There seem to be many benefits to using bin management. We have many items that are in more than one bin location. How can we identify/locate which bin(s) an item is in?

I do wish our wish our consultant would have advised us to turn on MLI at the very beginning. We have heard so many horror stories managment refuses to turn it on. We desperately need to place inventory in a non sellable location and an overstock location. We carry a lot of overstock and have to restock everyday. Currently…

Thanks Mark Multi-Location is the way I was leaning. My IT guy is leary of the Multi-Location function. I think it's because you can't turn it off (other than customer service) once it is activated. Should I be worried about that?

We have been using Vendor Return Authorization since it was released. There have been no problems with our inventory as long as you understand how transactions effect inventory. As far as I know there is no way to bring the shipping costs over from the Invoice or Sales Order. We generally don't credit back the shipping charge on a customer return. When we do we add a miscl. line item on the RMA.

Are you printing the Packing Slip after you have fulfilled the order? What criteria are you using to search for SO's where the Picking Ticket has not been printed? I have tried to set a search for that criteria and have had no success.

When you say to customize the form is this something an administrator must do. Is it global or can each seperate user turn it on or off?

Has anyone ran the Mass create Work Orders? When I run the report I don't get any items nor work orders to create. I do have demand on some assembly items with no work orders associated with them.Why do they not come up?
