Michelle, Yes, we are using a workflow. I cold make that person the employees supervisor? would that work? The employee that we would like to have the ability to approve only has access to the Employee Center. Not sure how much that matters? Thank you, Maurice

Micah, Good question. I checked with the person that set up the "newer" employees and the answer was no. Should have been the first thing I checked. Thank you for your help and sorry that I didn't think of that right away. Maurice

Micah, Thank you for responding. I would like to change the Asset Types for all the Depreciation Histories with corresponding Journal Entries for Depreciation. And change for any depreciation calculations going forward. Thank you!!

Hello! Thank you to everyone that helped us out! I contacted NetSuite support and Mia (awesome) found the solution to our issue. i never would have thought of checking this. Solution: 1. I also checked Manage Roles for the Employee Center to see if there may have been a change, but none. I also double checked to that the correct form is being used and it is. Also checked as the preferred form. Not sure what else to look at.

Thank you for responding. Is there a place I can find a date that the workflow might been changed, i.e. audit? The supervisor field is not empty and never has been. If it was empty then expense reports and vendor bill approvals would auto approve, correct? This looks like it happeneing to all employees now. Thank you,

Thank you for responding! I am confused why it wouldn't still work. As long as the Supervisor field has a name in it, then they would be able to approve expense reports and purchase requests.
