It may be a specific browser and version of that browser issue. You should ask those customers what browser and version they are using and see if there is a trend. Also, see if they can email you a screen shot.

We have been one of the BETA Google Checkout users and have worked with NetSuite to resolve all prior issues. Everything seems to be working properly for the last month or so. NetSuite did a great job integrating Google Checkout with their shopping cart. I am certain, your issue will be resolved promptly.
