Hi Jonathan, We've been having similar problems for around 2 weeks. Netsuite deployed a fix in our account last night that doesn't seems to have worked... I'm now waiting for their latest response. Neil.

I understand that there have been some issues and delays with sandbox refreshes recently. I was advised to allow about week he last time I did it (in November 2017)

I was told that the fix for this was deployed early yesterday morning. Our scheduled searches are now working again. The searches that were affected for us had the results "grouped".
