Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

I've found the answer: it requires the permissions for customer info
-
I think I might know why: the tax code is 0% in the sales order, so does the RA, and the tax in RA is auto-calculated according to the tax code, while the tax in sales order is manually edited. Thanks for your help~
-
Thanks a lot, Katerina~

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle No, we didn't use any 3rd Party tax integration in NetSuite, and we also didn't use Legacy Taxes or SuiteTax. We didn't use the function of invoice in NetSuite. The sales order itself has tax.
-
Awesome! Thank you so much!
-
Thanks, Patrick, I'll vote for this.
-
Thanks for your reply, Tafara. Patrick said this is a system limitation.

Yes, workflow works. Similar with this one: Custom item fulfillment form and cash sale form without address, but role still can see the address — Oracle NetSuite Support Community
-
Sorry, I found the reason, Cash Sale permission is View, I changed it to Full, there's the option of Cash Sale now.
-
Hi Dominica, Nope, it didn't work in my question. I'm testing workflow for this now, I'll comment here if it worked. Thanks, Lynn
-
OK I'll. I'll try this workflow now. BTW, would you be able to help me in my other two questions? AE:Custom AIO Connector Account Form without token, but role still can see the token field — Oracle NetSuite Support Community Block access to all sales reports and save searches — Oracle NetSuite Support Community
-
Awesome, thank you so much!
-
Thanks for your quick reply. No, I'm unable to uncheck this field (with administor role logged): But I uncheck this:

Hi Joahnna, I've customized a form like what you said, and my question is why it didn't work, which you can learn from my question. Best, Lynn
-
Hi Jack, Thanks for your reply, actually I have "restrict the form which ignores the stored form and always applies the form that you specified. You can do this by also marking the Restricted checkbox in the Custom Role settings.", you may be able to find the third screenshot in my question. And I now log in with cache…

OK, thanks, Ivy~

Hi Shamaine, Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I can't change the avatar and display name in Edit Profile — Oracle NetSuite Support Community, For the avatar, I didn't find anywhere I can change it, and for the name, I actually have updated the display name, however, after I saved, the display name is still the default…
