Hi @User_Q2NHQ, Just like the demo speaker, I am afraid I also could not give a helpful answer. There is currently no native NetSuite feature that would cater for the prevention of this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. For other members, perhaps you have a way or a workaround to prevent this…

Hi @Vernita, For creating of virtual locations, it is the same as creation of regular locations. You can refer to SuiteAnswer 9836 for creating of Locations. Then you can create Transfer Orders to reflect changes in the quantity/movement of items in that virtual location.

Hi @Vernita, The ability to have metric weight in this field is not yet available in the standard NetSuite account. This is currently an enhancement request logged on Enhancement # 148228: Setup > Accounting > Shipping >Default Item Weight in Lbs > Customer is requesting to have a preference whether to use Lbs or Kg. Hi @Martha Hakes, As per checking on my test account if it is setup correctly the subtab should show even on the Standard form. Can you please check the limitations listed in this article? For example one of the limitations is that "Supports inventory and assembly items only" so when I view other item types the Customer…

Hi @User_Q2NHQ, Thank you for the clarification. I get it now it is the inventory adjustment created because of the quantity variance. As for the way to precent this, may I ask are you using Smart Count?
-
Hi @GSONI, Just to confirm when you say Credit Note do you mean Credit Memo? - Are you referring to this: 1. Open Invoice record 2. Click the Credit button > You will be routed to the Credit Memo creation page 3. Under the Apply subtab, input amount in the Payment column > Save Actual Result: Credit Memo under the Related…

Hi @User_Q2NHQ, I would like to make sure I understand it correctly, you said: "Item has 100 units On Hand, 90 Committed, and 10 Available." "We cycle count Item A and find that we only have 80 On Hand. We make a -20 inventory adjustment so our On Hand quantity matches reality." Did you mean to say in another location you…
-
Hi @User_VQGW2, If it's a standard behavior, are you familiar with Invoice in Invoice in Advance of Fulfillment feature? But as for the customization, you want it to be automatically created based on Item Fulfillment with "Packed" status is that correct?

Hi FazeprooF, In SmartCount, inventory adjustments are posted as the variance between the count quantity and the system quantity. The possible reason there would be no inventory adjustment is if there's no variance in quantity which rarely happens. Can you check Count Variance by Location portlet and cross check with your…
