This is only reproducible when entering an invalid email or password as far as I can tell. Try changing your password in NetSuite, then log into the Outlook client with that new password. Thanks,

Anybody able to get this to work? Bundle installed, permissions set, program installed, but it hangs when I try to select the "Outlook Synchronization Folder". I installed the bundle and it works just fine for me as the admin. When I had another role install it, after signing into his NetSuite on the configuration, he gets : Permission Violation: You need the "Custom Event Fields" permission to access this page. I have looked for that everywhere and I do not find that permission.…

Pierre, OneITGuy, The error may be related to an Integration preference for custom field validation. Try changing the following: setup > integration > web services preference: Disable Mandatory Custom Field Validation set to True > save. I hope this helps. Thanks, Rob

You probably have Item Options enabled under Setup > Company > Enable Features > SuiteFlex. Unchecking Item Options should remove the field in the column of the opportunity, but will also disable Gift Certificate and Matrix Items features. (You will receive an alert when you uncheck it) Thanks,
