  • Netsuite is back for us, but our Store (spidertrax.com) is still down. Sincerely, T. Kingston Spidertrax Off-Road www.spidertrax.com
  • Just got a phone call from Netsuite. Apparently there is a defect on file and a temporary work around exists. For whatever reason, the "Button Bar" site tab style still functions so we have enabled it for now. Looking forward to our site redesign more so now then ever. Sincerely, T. Kingston
  • There are 3? In terms of Legacy tab effects, there are actually 6. Well, 1 since the other 5 no longer work. Sincerely, T. Kingston
  • For one customer we just put in flat rate; % of order or per piece shipping rates on all the shipping methods. We'll convert back when this is fixed and hopefully won't lose too many sales due to over charging or too much revenue due to undercharging. We are doing the same thing. Crazy timing as we just filed a case today…
  • Not sure if this is at all related, but we are getting reports today (which I have confirmed) that clients are receiving the following error during the final phase of checkout on "Assembly Items" in Netsuite that build Work Orders automatically: Permission Violation: You need the 'Transactions -> Work Order' permission to…

  • Just got it working! Took suggestions from another thread regarding login in issues. First, I ran CC Cleaner to clear out all Cache and Temporary Internet Files. Then I restarted the computer and all is now right with the world. Of course Netsuite could have fixed it while I did all of this so who knows what did the trick.…
  • We are having the same issue. I have submitted a case to Netsuite this morning but haven't received a reply. Sincerely, Thomas J. Kingston, ME Spidertrax Inc. www.spidertrax.com
  • We are having the same issue, just noticed this morning. Our thumbnail images are shown to the left of our item titles, no matter what settings we apple. Filing a support issue now and keeping our fingers crossed. Sincerely, Thomas J. Kingston, ME
  • Small update. I have isolated the issue to having Handling Rate, Handling--Per Item selected. If I deselect this option I do not get an Unexpected Error. So I'm half way there...would still love to hear from anyone that has more information. Sincerely, Thomas J. Kingston, ME Co-Founder & Owner Spidertrax Inc.…
  • I'm not a stock holder or one that would tend to refer associates to NS. So, this issue isn't one that has changed my opinion of NS. It just confirmed the opinion that I already had. T PS: I'm just never going to change my accountant's log-in and all should be good (in regards to this issue). The problem may be bigger then…
  • Without trying to "beat a dead horse", we have been a customer of Netsuite since 2005 and an active member of both Netsuite's podcasts, media press releases, and local user groups. The following move by Netsuite should be reversed immediately followed by a public apology to all of it's users. Take a lesson from Amazon and…
  • Something has gone wrong with editing products with quantity pricing. If you look at this first image you can see prices in the 0 column. As soon as you click edit you can see that the 0 column is blank. What browser are you using? Looks a little like Safari on the Mac. If so, I would give FF a try to see if the problem…
  • if you could have a look it would be great: www.nu-heat.co.uk/webstore i noticed it after adding to cart and clicking proceed to checkout. Works fine on my end using FF3.0.1. I added an item to the cart, clicked proceed to checkout, and stopped as far as the shipping address page as I don't have a UK address :-(. I will…
  • Ok had some customers say they could "not complete order" no other information than that so tried to go through the checkout process. Works fine in IE7 so tried it in Firefox, can add items to the cart but clicking on Proceed to checkout just takes me to the home page not to the checkout page. Case #760753 opened. Is…
  • I should have done this from the start, but I did go to your site http://glassdimensions.com and was able to add items to the cart and proceed to checkout without error. Maybe the problem has been fixed? Cool products by the way :-). Sincerely, Thomas J. Kingston, ME Co-Founder & Owner Spidertrax Off-Road www.spidertrax.com
  • We will look out for problems but I am stumped at this point. We haven't had any calls come in on our end and I cannot seem to reproduce the problem on http://glassdimensions.com. I hope this gets figured out :-). Sincerely, Thomas J. Kingston, ME Co-Founder & Owner Spidertrax Off-Road www.spidertrax.com
  • Just a quick reply that our store's checkout seems to be working fine in both IE7 and FF3.1 as of this morning. Sorry I don't have better news for you Dave, but this issue may be isolated to your store. For what it's worth, I hope that helps a little. Sincerely, Thomas J. Kingston, ME Co-Founder & Owner Spidertrax Off-Road…
  • The problem happens when you select United States as the Country. Selecting anything else allows the order to be processed. Is anyone else seeing this? I hate being the only one :-).
  • Case Number #669171 if that helps.
  • We are also having issues. Sincerely, Thomas J. Kingston, ME Co-Founder & Owner Spidertrax Off-Road www.spidertrax.com
  • I have not had to change item options since the old way when it was done in the setup section. Now it is in the item itself. I have an item, not matrix, that somehow had a color option clicked in the custom tab and I cant unselect it. I can change it to another option, like design or size, but I cant just unselect all…
  • Thanks Thomas, Unfortunately we have no custom fields of this type created. Also if we did i don't know how to get the field to disappear when a state in the drop-down was selected. I am the only one that does any design work on the site of this type. The only thing I did yesterday is worked on our header css design. Their…
  • Thanks - in this case it turned out I had to switch from firefox to IE. Glad you got it working. I find myself usually switching browsers the other way...times a changing I guess. What fun! Sincerely, Thomas J. Kingston, ME Co-Founder & Owner Spidertrax Off-Road www.spidertrax.com
  • Hello Again Jason, Looks like you are hard at work. I just went to your site to test this myself and see you are disabling some Java features. Before you did that, it did exactly as you said. Now, with features disabled, it is working. There is no question that this is the problem. Figuring out which script is messing you…
  • Good Morning, We are currently experiencing an issue with our checkout. When a new customer goes to enter their address into the checkout there is multiple state/province fields. One is a normal input field and one is a populate drop-down box. Once the customer chooses a state from the drop-down select field the other…
  • It seems a Vendor Return Authorization will affect inventory once the Credit Memo is Receipted, vs when the Vendor Return Authorization is Fulfilled. Can anyone confirm this. We are also having major "Current Value" problems and it may be related to Vendor Return Authorizations. For example, Last Purchase Price and Average…
  • We are receiving time out errors both on our web store and directly within Netsuite. Network/server issues? Sincerely, Thomas J. Kingston, ME Co-Founder & Owner Spidertrax Off-Road www.spidertrax.com
  • I have not yet but will by the end of this week depending on any responses. Thanks for the reply.
  • I have been with NetSuite/NetLedger for 4 years, and this is the first upgrade that did not completely destroy my business for a couple of days, then barely run for several weeks, then crawl for a month. If I had it my way I would opt out of upgrades entirely for 12 months. The v2007 created only minor problems for me in…
