I did think about that. That's my fallback option. But with it being a feature an additional feature I assumed a 'clean' version of the product would not include the menus until you enable to feature. So conversely I thought I might be able to remove it. I'm just trying to tidy up the backend of our instance where I can.…

I am also getting this error message for all US accounts. In the profile information I am getting a message saying that the server could not process my request. None of my connections are recorded in this section anymore. This has happened in Production and Sandbox at the same time.

Superstar. This has fixed the issue. That being said, ideally we wouldn't want this profile having access to all subsidiaries. We would have specific employees in different subsidiaries responsible for their own bank reconciliations. Is 'all' required to have this functionality? Thank you, Stephen
