We have been using Perquest this year and have had only a few minor issues. I has been great for me not having to do payroll in house gives me more time at the beach house :)

We get the same error message when trying to add related items to a new inventory item. We are on ver 2007.0 There is already an item with that name. Go back, change the name and resubmit."

Thanks for your comments. We do have 3 physical fax machines but in addition our phone system has 4 "virtual fax machines (fax numbers)" which are integrated with Outlook for 4 of our users and can we can add more "fax numbers" to the phone system. Anyone heard of integrating Netsuite with the fax capabilities in your…

We are having quite a few bounced emails. And like others we get the notice twice. We check on some and we had a couple of legitimate emails bounce on 3-21. Called customer and verified email address was correct. This is really time consuming.

Here is one answer on one of our bounced emails. I responded to the server who bounced the email and their response was http://spamblock.outblaze.com/63.209.28.192 Hello Your webhost's mailserver has got used to send spam. Sample below. The bounced emails we are getting are from a variety of hosts ranging from yahoo to military to various corpoarate accounts. In speaking with our employees it appears many were the result of typos but 1 was correct but was sent to a Yahoo account which many times are junk accounts people use. Our emails have been bouncing since last week as well. It is time consuming, contacting the customer via phone to verify the email is correct and then trying to re-send the email. Any thoughts from Netsuite about this issue?

We really need the re-auth functionality. Our old system (at invoice time)would look at the auth date and if it was older than the days set in a parameter record then it would just charge the card and not use the auth that had become stale. We could go back if the charged failed and use the old auth if it was under 30 days…
