If a field is not available out of the box in your reporting but is a standard NS field, please reference the Records Catalog in NS. If a field is available in the Records Catalog, it should be available to be brought into your NSAW instance using the data augmentation tool.

You will have to look at the NS URL you want to link to your dashboard and note which values (ie. customer internal id) that need to be added to the URL to link to the specific record you want (ie. customer).
