I didn't say it was fast, I was offering a workaround, assuming that he only wants to do that for a customer for 5 different campaigns, it's pretty easy. It's only the 1 gmail account, it just appears different to NS so it will get through. I'm not really fussed...

Mark - is it only in IE? I use Chrome for all our mail merge and campaign set-ups. No dramas there. Also, the NS hosted pdf url... it is the actual link and not the "preview" link from within the NS file cabinet? And... do you use a campaign domain?

It is remarkable how the NS community accepts these deficiencies without complaint or recourse. Bigger fish to fry than a report about campaigns. Sales are a good indication if your email marketing is working or not...

The only thing that I can think of is that the report is dynamic and the email response is static. ie. there may be a delay in sending to a certain number of email addresses for whatever reason. The email repost is generated and sends you info on what has been sent. An hour later, a day later, a week later, whatever, those…

Forwarding emails in my understanding has nothing to do with the software you use to send. It all comes down to the end users email client and how it handles your html programming. We use css as well as the style attribute on our emails. It is extra work but your email will still look good forwarded from most email clients.

A simple way to exclude them from future mailings would be to add the criteria to your group saved search. your export/import idea should work too. Perhaps importing a "blank" email address would do it. Don't forget to update the "access" field to be false! Good luck!

I was of the belief that campaigns won't send to 2 different records with the same address. I could be wrong though. It happened one other time too, many years ago.

Untested but there is a criteria based on Campaign Response Fields. Campaign Response : Response : Select the various responses you wish to include/exclude
