As a workaround so you can print try Home>Set Preferences Under the Transactions tab check "Print Using HTML" Certainly not a fix, I know, but you may be able to continue operations.
-
I'd only be concerned if you tried during the off-peak time and it didn't work...
-
Doesn't happen in Chrome.
-
I am sure you will all get a kick out of this. I was the person who filed the case last year - just got an update today: "Hello Hallie, Thank you for contacting NetSuite Customer Support. This is with regard to your problem on the declined customer credit card where when you hit "Go Back" button, all other information…

Great news, because in both IE and FF I have https caching and the issue remains...
-
ahh cool...
-
IE for mac...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Explorer_for_Mac
-
This behavior is coming from the browser and I believe it is intentional in FireFox for security reasons. FireFox does not cache form data for https pages. Someone could investigate using a tool like this: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6419 or maybe there are others:…

there is absolutely no reason why we should have to save first. surely there could be some sort of built in cache for us!

Such emails usualy pertain to a server being down somewhere (at the receivers end, not NS). They will be attempted to be redelivered every 4 hours for 4 days, or something like that. I wouldn't be overly concerned. If it fails to should get a notification suggesting that it has given up trying to send. Hopefully more…

Are you simply creating a saved mass update or are you actually performing it. Took me a few goes to work out the difference.
-
Hi Jesus (that feels weird saying that but anyway...) As a lot of NS stuff is scripting it is most likely that your processor and memory at home is superior to your work pc. Time for an upgrade!
-
I agree Tom Also, when copying a cash sale, it won't process payment unless you uncheck the "charge card" box under the payments tab. How is that advantageous?
-
Are exactly the same processes running on both machines? Something in the 'faulty' machine may be causing a java runtime error. Run spyware, botchecks, defrag, virus check, etc and see if that makes a difference.
-
Yeah that's no good... Makes it seem just as easy to do it from scratch with the original one open in another tab for referrence...
-
Have you tried asking PayPal?
-
I get that from time to time when I am playing around in the back end. Having said that, it works fine from other terminals. I think NS and IE sometimes have little hissy-fits at one another when being run on the same machine.
-
I had that problem last Saturday. Couldn't even process web orders that had been approved! I re-booted and that worked... coincidence? no idea but no probs since!
-
I find that whatever browser I run NS in, I ALWAYS have problems with finding new additions to the webstore. If I use another browser, it works fine. I run NS in Safari and do my testing in IE and FireFox.

Netreturn Case #9094
-
Well... it's not just us... I just logged into peedeetoys.com.au and after doing so, the price dropped by 10%
-
ce fantastique!
-
Try this Create a new Cash Sale Go to the Payments Tab Is the field "Charge Credit Card" checked? Or is "Credit Card Approved" checked?
-
I'm sure they were made aware as soon as it happened!
-
Same here.
-
Fixed... who would have thought that clearing cookies would fix that?
-
Mine is contantly timi...
-
It happened to me again today. Sorry NS, I couldn't just stop everything to retrace the steps. "Sorry there customer, can I put you on hold while I retrace the steps I've just done to get this error? My software provider has asked this. Thanks for understanding. What's that? You're going to buy from somewhere else because…
-
ng out... whoops... happened again!
-
Thanks for the quick response on that one Ted. In the new year we'll have a little bit more time on our hands. All I can say is it happened (Your session has timed out. Please log in again.) Some time b/w 8.00am & 10.00am (GMT+10) Merry (insert festive season here) to all!:D
