Thank GOD!! I was about to pitch our beloved macs. I still don't understand how it worked on a mac when I would change the customer off of the customer associated with the connected SO, BUT I'll take your word for it. I'll turn OFF the "handling fee" tables until mid October. -T

I wanted to add this new information (see previous post) to this issue, but when I try to go to the issue in the list of issues in our "support center", it says.... An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again. I tried in Safari and FireFox.

I now see that it does the same thing on the PC, but after a short pause it corrects it. So, On a PC: The Sales Order says Subtotal $200, Shipping $15, TOTAL $215. I am running 10.4.7 and Firefox 1.5.0.4 We use Mac OS 10.4.7 and we use both Intel Macs and regular power PC macs. I have tested this on 4 different macs. I downloaded and re-installed JAVA and it didn't help. The problem only happens in "Cash Sale" records and it doesn't have the problem if it is a older deposited cash sale. It is just on the new "open" cash sale records. Unfortunately we can't use our macs until the issue is resolved. -Tom

NetSuite told me what the problem was. People with PayPal integration selected as a preference (as we do) were getting the payment tab on invoiced SO until recently. Actually, you are right. It NOW works as you have stated. At one time, it put a payment tab on invoiced sales orders. They have recently changed that form so that it doesn't show a payment tab. A NEW detail was noticed about this Mac problem that makes us get Cash Sale records without any access to tabs or the save button. In our case the page doesn't appear to reload. The lower tabs (like the address tab) don't work at all and some of the buttons (like "save") doesn't work. Other buttons "like the home tab" do work. This area is very confusing (when viewed in the item creation screen). We also have items that are stocked and sold in single units and we set NS to order them in 100 piece units. They have a reorder point of 25 single units and preferred stock level is 75 single units..... then when we get down to 25 units, it recommends…

But you also told it to only restock to 75 single units. If your reorder point is 25 and you order in 100s, surely the preferred stock level is 125?
