I believe that this was fixed. We have been able to make negative deposits as recently as this week.

Looks like you are correct. Enhancement 281454. I guess we just have to hope that it can be "enhanced" back to how it was before they "improved" it!

That's the weird thing, "Default Vendor Payments to be Printed" isn't ticked under Setup-Accounting-Accounting Preferences-General and when I go to Pay Bills it doesn't currently default to be printed. This only seems to happen when we import the Bill Payments by CSV file. I take the point that I can specifically override…

Would almost make one believe that status.netsuite.com is an advertising tool rather than an information portal! Our system has been up and down like a yo-yo since 2014.1 was rolled out (though you'd be hard pressed to believe that according to the status page). Our account rep is hiding from my phone calls and our tickets…

We've been seeing a similar issue on an intermittent basis since 2014.1 was rolled out. When we try to bill the Sales Orders to generate the Cash Sales we get the spinning wheel of doom, followed by a generic timeout, unexpected error message. We've had tickets on this open for ages which Support keep asking if they can…

Yes, this is happening on the Income Statement using IE9 as well... won't scroll to the bottom of the page and you can only see it on screen by reducing the page size... prints ok though!

100% uptime according to status.netsuite.com (no surprises there, huh?).

Just heard back from Support who tell me that this is a known defect with last release and it will be fixed by a new version that is being released on 21st February.
-
Just had a phone call from Support saying that this fix is now scheduled to be rolled out on 8th March! They couldn't provide any coherent reason for the further delay. :h_a_w: Perhaps I'll just hang on to this year's subscription payment until they get it fixed?

Our Saved Searches are working fine. It's just the Saved Reports that seem to be the problem.
-
Yes, I did notice there was a filter there. It doesn't seem to work though, as when we set it to "All" it still only returns the reports that the user owns. Setting it to another owner returns no results, even though that owner's reports have Access and Audience rights set for all users.

status.netsuite.com looks like wishful thinking to me! Our system ground to a halt on Tuesday, apparently caused by, "an intermittent performance problem on the production site". However, I see they are still showing Uptime as 100% for that day.
